A brief Introduction to Aikido for Parents and Kids

Parents and kids can have fun together learning about Aikido:

Falling safely
Getting off the line of an approach
Doing a simple Aikido technique
Playing a balance game you can do at home

Date: Saturday, November 7
Time: 2 p.m.

The cost is $10 for 2 people; $15 for 3 or more. Please pay by cash or check (payable to "AKAC") when you arrive.

This class is open to parents and their kids, 10 years old and up. (There is no childcare for younger children.) Class size is limited to 12 participants. If there is sufficient interest, we may offer more family Aikido classes in the future.

Wear clothes you can move in comfortably, with long pants (such as sweat pants).
